We work with trusted production and fulfilment partners in different locations around the world. This allows us to produce orders closer to their destination where possible, while our made-to-order approach helps reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.
SHIPPING RATES
We use simple flat-rate shipping based on your delivery destination. Your applicable shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER €100
As a little thank-you from us, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over €100.

Where your order qualifies, free standard shipping will be applied at checkout.
If your order contains products that need to be fulfilled separately, you will still receive free standard shipping when your order qualifies for this offer.
ONE SHIPPING CHARGE – EVEN IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES SEPARATELY
Some Cliptures products may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities depending on the product type, availability and delivery destination.
Because of this, an order containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in more than one package or on different days.
You will not be charged additional shipping simply because we need to send your order in separate packages. Any additional fulfilment-related shipping costs resulting from split shipments are covered by Cliptures.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES
Cliptures products are made on demand, which means production begins after your order is placed.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, delivery destination, carrier and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Any estimated delivery date provided at checkout or after your purchase is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.
Please note that if your order is fulfilled in more than one package, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon or before delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside the control of Cliptures.
Free shipping offers cover the applicable standard shipping charge only and do not automatically cover customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be imposed by local authorities.
We recommend checking your country’s applicable import rules before ordering if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
Because our products are made on demand and orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.
DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
While we do our best to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Our on-demand model means products are created when they are ordered rather than being mass-produced in advance.
