Welcome to Cliptures.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cliptures website, online store, products, content, features and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “Cliptures”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating Cliptures.
Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you. Purchases made through our store are made directly from Cliptures.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding purchase contract is formed when we accept your order, for example by sending an order confirmation or otherwise confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, obvious pricing or description errors, legal or regulatory restrictions, or circumstances that make fulfilment reasonably impossible.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount in accordance with applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly the product, colour, size and delivery address.

Because orders may enter production or fulfilment quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will always be possible after an order has been accepted or entered fulfilment.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, return, guarantee or other consumer rights that apply to you.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
We aim to provide clear and accurate pricing information before you complete your order.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges collected by us will be displayed or communicated as required before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable law. Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be charged separately by the relevant authorities or delivery provider.
We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law.
Promotions and discount offers may be subject to separate conditions, including eligibility requirements, validity periods and product exclusions.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless we expressly state that a specific delivery date is guaranteed.
Orders may be affected by production times, carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that Cliptures has for delivery under applicable consumer law.
For consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage during delivery remains with Cliptures until the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our voluntary return arrangements are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Cliptures offers an additional 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
This voluntary policy is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Consumers covered by European Union distance-selling rules generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days, subject to applicable conditions and legal exceptions.
Consumers may also have statutory rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or do not conform to the contract.

Purchasing a Cliptures product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property incorporated into the artwork, design or branding of that product.
Third-party trademarks, names and intellectual property displayed through our Services remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Cliptures intellectual property.
